If you're an individual plan member, you can pay your premium online, by phone or by mail. Your premium, the amount you pay for your health insurance plan, is due on the first day of each month. Once we receive your payment, it will show on our system within 2-3 business days.
Simply sign in to the online member center and select View Invoices/Pay Premium. You can make a one-time payment or pay your premium automatically each month by credit card, debit card or from your checking or savings account.
Detach the form on the back of your billing statement and include it with your payment. Then write your group ID and subscriber ID on your check. Mail and make checks payable to: Health Plan of Nevada P.O. Box 749546 Los Angeles, CA 90074-9546
Returned checks or checks that can’t be cashed will not be considered payment.
To pay by phone, call 1-877-417-2062 and have your member number ready.
Remember, this information only applies to individual plan members. If you receive health insurance coverage through your employer, most likely, your contribution (if applicable) is deducted from your paycheck.
